Sweet Baby Kneady’s BBQ Sauce for Canning

Ingredients

  • 10 c ketchup
  • 8 c brown sugar
  • 4 c molasses
  • 2 c apple cider vinegar
  • 8 Tb Worcestershire sauce
  • 20 teaspoons paprika sweet or smoked
  • 20 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 8 teaspoons granulates garlic
  • 8 teaspoons granulated onion
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 12 teaspoons salt
  • 8 teaspoons black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil, whisking often.
  • Simmer on low for 5-10 minutes.
  • Taste it. Adjust it as you like. Make it your own recipe!

Canning in Pint Jars

  • Jars will be filled to 1/2 inch headspace.
  • Follow the standard steps for hot water bath canning. See the video below.
