A Faith-Centered Program for Widows
Kneading To Heal is a gentle, structured, faith-anchored 12-week healing journey designed specifically for widows navigating life after loss. This program was created for women of faith who are functioning on the outside, but grieving deeply on the inside – women who know they cannot stay where they are, yet don’t know how to move forward without betraying their love, their faith, or themselves.
This is NOT therapy.
This is NOT “fixing.”
This is companioned healing – rooted in faith, emotional safety, and practical tools for rebuilding life after the loss of your person.
Through weekly guided sessions, reflective exercises, and intentional rhythms, widows are supported as they move from survival to stability, from pain to purpose, from isolation to hope, and really finding the calling God has placed on their lives.
What Makes Kneading To Heal Different?
Kneading To Heal was built from lived experience, not theory.
This program recognizes that grief:
- Is not linear
- Cannot be rushed
- Requires safety before growth
- Must honor love, loss, faith, doubt, and identity shifts
Instead of forcing closure, Kneading To Heal focuses on integration – learning how to carry grief without being crushed by it. And, dare I say, learning to see the beauty in grief as our tether to our person as we move forward in life, taking them along with us as we go and grow.
Each week builds intentionally on the last, following a proven healing arc and my own Signature Method that I personally developed called The Kneaded Method: Break – Press – Rest – Rise
Like kneading a loaf of bread, healing takes time, pressure, rest and renewal. My core stages in the Kneaded Method are:
Break – acknowledge the loss.
Press – leaning into God’s presence and truth.
Rest – rebuilding identity and routines
Rise – living again with renewed purpose
Who This Program Is For:
Kneading To Heal is for widows who:
- Feel stuck between survival and living
- Are emotionally exhausted from “being strong”
- Want faith-centered support without pressure or platitudes
- Need structure without being rushed
- Desire healing that honors love, loss and legacy
Program Format:
- 12 consecutive weeks
- Weekly guided 90 minute group sessions via Zoom.
- Faith-anchored, trauma-informed approach
- Supportive, compassionate, and confidential
A Gentle Invitation:
You do not need/knead to be “ready.”
You do not need/knead to have answers.
You do not need/knead to know where this leads.
You only need/knead to be willing to heal – one step at a time.
Kneading To Heal is not about forgetting.
It’s about learning how to live again, intentionally and with purpose, carrying love forward with steadier hands and a softer heart.
