This investment reflects the depth of support, intentional structure, and protected space created each week for healing and restoration. This program is not about fixing grief. It’s about walking through it and honoring space for it with support, intention, and care. We want to honor our loved ones by carrying forward their love and legacy.
Next Program Dates
Signup is currently open for the next program, starting Tuesday, January 12, 2027 which will be held EVERY Tuesday for 14 Consecutive Weeks until Tuesday, April 13, 2027. The time we meet will be EVERY Tuesday Evening from 8pm EST until 10pm EST. Each week focuses on a different area of healing, so it is very important you attend every session, as these sessions can not be held again. I also will be gifting every attendee a writing journal to use for their time spent with me. This will help you jot down things you want to remember and also give you a place for journaling prompts and weekly heartwork.

Testimonials:
“Heather is a wonderful grief coach. She has a deep understanding of the road a widow walks after the passing of their spouse. She has compassion, empathy and meets her clients where they are at in their journey. The program is well designed and promotes growth tailored for each client. If you are stuck in your grief, don’t know where to turn to, lacking joy in your life and seem loss this program is for you.
After the loss of my husband I struggled with finding joy, purpose and happiness. I prayed to God for an intervention. Heather and Kneading To Heal was the answer to that prayer. Going through the 12 weeks has reaffirmed my faith and brought me closer to God.” ~Charlote B. (Client, Kneading To Heal 12 Week Program, Groups 2&3)
“As someone who went through Heather’s last group, I highly recommend this experience with her. It was filled with valuable tools, practical steps and a group of other women also going through grief although none of us had the same circumstances. Each of us in the group progressed into a more healed and healthy space through the love and wisdom Heather poured into us. I can’t say enough great things to express my true gratitude, for all those hurting may you heal and find peace.” ~ Yvonne H. (Client, Kneading To Heal 12 Week Program, Groups 1&2)
“When your person dies, it’s almost as if someone grabs you, puts you in the most incredibly ugly pair of new shoes you’ve ever seen, ties them on as tightly as possible, and tells you, “These are yours now.” You didn’t choose them. You don’t like them. You can barely walk in them. At first, the shoes are stiff and painful. The soles are slippery. They give you blisters. Your feet hurt and sometimes even bleed. And yet you’re expected to keep moving through a world that hasn’t stopped just because your world has changed. Over time, the shoes begin to break in. They’re still ugly. You still hate looking at them. But you learn how to walk in them. When I first met Heather, I felt like I was sitting in the corner of the room wearing those shoes, unable to move forward and barely able to walk at all. Through our work together, I didn’t suddenly stop grieving. She didn’t take the shoes away. Instead, she helped me learn how to walk in them. And somewhere along the way, I even learned how to dance a little. That’s what I’ve valued most about working with Heather. She has given me tools that help me understand my grief, move through it, and make room for a life that can exist alongside it. I hope that, with time and continued use of those tools, I’ll learn that I don’t have to wear these shoes every minute of every day. Maybe someday I’ll be able to take them off, set them in the corner of the room, and know they’re still mine without having to feel them on my feet constantly. I will always own these shoes. They are part of my story now. But I’m learning that I can live with them—and maybe even dance in them.” ~Annette V. (Client, Kneading To Heal 12 Week Program, Groups 1&2)
