Kneading to Heal – FAQ

Why is the investment $599 $299 for the 12-week program?

Kneading To Heal is a deeply intentional, 12-week healing journey that provides consistent, guided support in a protected space. Each 90-minute session is thoughtfully prepared, facilitated live, and held with care for the emotional safety of every participant.

When broken down, the investment averages $50 per 90 minute session (individual coaching sessions average $100-$120 per 60 minute session), which reflects not only the weekly time together, but also the preparation, structure tools required and the costs of using paid platforms and online tools, and ongoing trained and certified support I offer that is woven throughout the program.

This pricing allows the program to remain sustainable, focused, and delivered with the level of care it requires.

Why is payment required in full?

Healing requires commitment – both from the facilitator and the participant.

This program is intentionally offered as a one-time, paid-in-full investment to ensure that every woman who enrolls is fully present, committed, and invested in the process from beginning to end.

Partial payments or pay-as-you-go models often lead to disruptions in attendance, emotional disengagement, or early withdrawal – none of which support true healing or group safety.

Paid-in-full enrollment protects the integrity of the group and honors the shared journey we are entering in together.

Spaces for this program are limited, to keep the group small and intimate.

Do you offer refunds?

Because of the nature of this program, all sales are final.

Spaces are very limited to protect the intimacy of the group. Once enrollment is complete, your spot is reserved and preparation for you begins immediately. Time, energy, and resources are committed on your behalf before the program even begins.

For this reason, refunds are NOT offered, even if sessions are missed or circumstances change. This program requires an “all in” mindset and heart posture. This policy is not meant to be harsh – it exists to protect the overall process, the group, and the emotional investment of everyone involved. Sharing grief is heavy and hard and requires a safe space. I take this very seriously to keep you protected as you share your pain and your heart during this process.

What if I miss a session?

This Mom of 6 and business owner knows that life happens, especially when navigating grief. While live attendance is strongly encouraged, participants are responsible for prioritizing their presence each week. You deserve this sacred time in healing each week.

Because this is a live session, relational program, missed sessions cannot be made up or refunded or replaced in any way. Each week builds upon the last, and consistancy supports both personal healing and group safety. If I navigated this program based on individual schedules, we would never complete the program. So commitment to your healing will be required to really get the full benefits of this program.

Why don’t you offer session-by-session enrollment?

Kneading to Heal is NOT a class – it’s an intimate journey in healing the heart of a widow.

Each week is designed to build on the emotional groundwork laid out the week before. Allowing drop-in or partial participation would disrupt the rhythm, safety, and trust that grief work requires.

This program intentionally structured as a complete 12-week experience so healing can unfold with continuity and care.

Is this therapy?

No. Kneading To Heal is a faith-centered grief coaching and support program, not therapy or clinical treatment.

The program focuses on emotional support, education, reflection, and guided healing practices designed to help widows navigate grief with intention and compassion.

Participants are encouraged to maintain any existing therapeutic or medical care they may already have.

How do I know if this program is right for me?

This program is best suited for widows who are:

  • Ready to engage in a structured healing process
  • Willing to show up consistently
  • Open reflection, faith-anchored discussion on camera via zoom, and gentle growth
  • Looking for support – not a quick fix. Nothing fixes grief. It is not something that requires fixing. It requires witnessing.

If you are unsure, I strongly encourage you to prayerfully consider whether this season is the right time for a 12-week commitment. Feel free to reach out to me if you have any other questions regarding if this program would be a good fit for you.

Why is commitment emphasized so strongly?

Because healing is sacred work.

This program asks for presence, honesty, and emotional investment – from both you and me. When everyone enters fully committed, the space remains safe, grounded and deeply supported.

This mutual investment allows meaningful healing to happen.

Kneading To Heal is an invitation to step into healing with intention, commitment, and care – for yourself and for the community you’ll walk alongside.
