Hello Friend ,
I’m Heather, the heart and hands behind The Kneady Homesteader. For years, my kitchen has been the heartbeat of my home – a place where bread rises, jars seal, and meals are stretched. What began as a homesteading journey to nourish my family though hard times, has grown into a mission to help others find peace, purpose and preparedness through simple, faith-filled living.
Here at KneadyHomesteader.com, you’ll find more than recipes and canning tutorials. You’ll find stories of resilience, lessons in stewardship, and a reminder that even in seasons of loss and uncertainty, hope still rises – just like a good loaf of bread.
After walking through unimaginable loss, I learned that healing and homemaking are deeply connected. Both require patience, nurturing, and the faith that what’s broken can be made whole again. That revelation inspired my second calling, grief coaching. Where I help widows like myself and women of faith move from sorrow to strength, finding their calling and purpose this side of Heaven though my upcoming program, Kneading to Heal.
Whether you’re here to learn how to build a working pantry, bake your first loaf of bread, or find strength in your own season of healing, I’m so glad that you’re here. You are not alone. You are seen. And you are capable of creating a life – and a home – that nourishes both body and soul.
Welcome home,
Heather, The Kneady Homesteader
